Dr. Robert Taylor East Joins CSB Group / Zammit & Associates - Advocates
Zammit & Associates - Advocates welcomes another new member to their team of advocates.
Online, November 29, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Dr. Robert Taylor East has recently joined CSB Group and Zammit & Associates - Advocates as a consultant in the areas of taxation, trust and corporate structuring, and financial services.
Robert graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2002 and was subsequently awarded a Master of Laws degree in Tax and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2003 and admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2004. He began his professional career within the tax & corporate services unit of a big four audit firm where he gained valuable technical and practical experience in local and international tax and estate planning and tax-driven structuring.
Subsequently he joined the financial services division of a boutique local law firm and was instrumental in its growth as a financial services provider. In September 2010 he joined CSB Group / Zammit & Associates - Advocates, taking responsibility for all client tax-related matters and also becoming a key member of the firms' financial services team.
Robert is a member of the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and the Malta Institute of Taxation. He is also duly certified by The Institute of Financial Services Practitioners in Malta as a Trust Law and Administration practitioner and regularly lectures on the fiscal aspects of trusts at the Malta Institute of Taxation.
