With over 30 years dedicated to medicine, Dr. Browne brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular, to his area of expertise, Maternal and Fetal medicine. When asked why he decided to pursue this specialization in medicine, Dr. Browne said:

Dr. Browne currently serves as an Associate Professor and Clinical Service Chief of the Women’s Health Section at Augusta University. In 1988, Dr. Browne joined the Emory University faculty and accepted a position as the Director of Obstetrical Ultrasound at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1993, Dr. Browne left Emory to begin a career in private practice and started Atlanta Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
Dr. Browne was recently awarded both American and European patents for a new form of labor monitor using electromagnetic field disturbance. He is the CEO of South Carolina WebEd, a non-profit which is dedicated to providing software support for the care of prenatal patients. Dr. Browne is a member of the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine, the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Georgia OB-GYN Society, and the South Carolina OB-GYN Society.
