With 27 years dedicated to medicine, Dr. Duerden brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular, to his area of expertise, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a subspecialty in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in medicine, Dr. Duerden said:

Dr. Duerden currently serves as the Director for Indiana Medical Examinations, a small medical practice dedicated to providing patients with specialty examinations. He also serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at the Indiana University School of Medicine and has provided leadership to profession of medicine by serving as the President of the Indianapolis Medical Society, Indiana Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilation, and the 7th District of the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA). He continues to serve on the Executive Committee of the ISMA, the ISMA Board of Trustees and Board of Directors for the Indianapolis Medical Society.
