Yalcin Aslan, owner of DonerG Turkish & Mediterranean Grill, aims to introduce a new concept for Turkish and Mediterranean food in the OC.

Turkish & Mediterranean Grill offers a multicultural menu that represents the rich ethnic flavors from Turkey and the Mediterranean. A Turkish tradition made in California, specializes in authentic Turkish kebab (gyro), kebab, pita sandwiches, wraps, and Mediterranean salads.

The kebab has a long history as the world's number one street food. This beloved, traditional Turkish dish is made by layering meat in the shape of an inverted cone and then cooked on a vertical rotisserie. It is one of the most popular street foods in the world and has many regional variations as well. Just like how it is served in Istanbul, customers choose between chicken or beef kebab, and whether they want it served in a pita sandwich or as a plate. With a California flair, customers can select their choice of protein, type of , and toppings ranging from feta cheese, olives, pickled red cabbage, and more. In addition, will be implementing fun items such as Turkish Street Cart Fries and Turkish Ice Cream.
