Domenick DiCicco to Speak at 2010 National Thought Leader Summit
State assemblyman, executive vice president and general counsel for Alexander Gallo Holdings, attending Foundation for Fair Civil Justice event

DiCicco, executive vice president, general counsel of Esquire Solutions and assemblyman for the State of New Jersey, has been selected to speak at the 2010 National Thought Leader Summit, sponsored by the Foundation for Fair Civil Justice (FFCJ). DiCicco and other speakers will discuss recommendations to reshape public policy in order to stimulate heightened entrepreneurialism and innovation, while protecting public interest.
The Summit, to be held Nov. 30 through Dec. 2 in Atlanta, Ga., will address both state and federal liability laws and regulations, which impose increased costs and risks to entrepreneurs due to fear of lawsuits. Organizers hope the Summit will provide seven to 10 broad strategies state government can adopt to improve America's economic climate.

With more than 20 years of corporate litigation experience, DiCicco's leadership spans litigation and business performance management, including enterprise best practices, indemnity reduction and cost reduction. Prior to joining Alexander Gallo Holdings, DiCicco served as senior vice president and chief legal officer of North American Claims (NAC) for Zurich Insurance Group, where he oversaw litigation and corporate management.
