DLS Internet Wireless Service Moving to E-Vergent

DLS Internet Services (www.dls.net), a technology company providing hosted Unified Communications solutions (hosted PBX), co-location, hosted data storage, virtual infrastructure and network consulting services, announced today the sale of their wireless broadband Internet service division.

DLS Internet Services (DLS), a technology company providing hosted Unified Communications solutions (hosted PBX), co-location, hosted data storage, virtual infrastructure and network  consulting services, announced today the sale of their wireless broadband Internet service division.

DLS has entered into an agreement with E-Vergent, LLC (E-Vergent) to transfer interest in their residential wireless broadband services. This move will allow DLS to focus on expanding their capabilities in business services with telephony and virtual data storage management.

We made this decision, in part, to help our customers as E-Vergent is a service provider making investments in technology that will benefit our customers in the long run with capabilities for Internet at much faster speeds.

He also points to the growth path E-Vergent took recently by acquiring other regional providers of fixed wireless Internet broadband access totaling over 100 tower with plans for more to follow.

Hosted PBX is a key service in the DLS Internet Services product line. The company have been developing its hosted VoIP platform since 2004.
