Built in 1981, Limestone Oaks is a 400-unit apartment community located in the Northside neighborhood of San Antonio, and offers spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with contemporary interiors and appealing features. Limestone Oaks is ideally situated near the major thoroughfares of I-10, Loop 410, and Wurzbach Parkway. All allow quick access to nearly 160,000 of the MSA's most valuable employment opportunities and 11M square feet of eclectic retail space and entertainment options.

DJE Properties, DJE's in-house property management team, will manage the asset and will execute a value add business plan that includes a rebrand, property renovations and operational improvements that will create a win-win scenario for the community and DJE investors.

Since 2012, DJE has acquired over 3,000 units of multifamily in San Antonio, and the purchase of Limestone Oaks is the company's 14th multifamily acquisition in Central Texas.
