Royal Chevrolet's Owner Care comes with a 2-year/30,000-Mile Standard CPO Maintenance Plan which includes oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point vehicle inspections. In addition to this Maintenance Plan, Buyers who opt for Owner Care will receive two warranties: a 12-month/12,000-Mile Bumper to Bumper warranty as well as a 5-year/100,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty.
Owner Care also provides 24/7 roadside assistance and courtesy transportation, a 3-day/150-Mile customer satisfaction guarantee, and a 3-month trial of OnStar and SiriusXM Satellite Radio, delivering turn-by-turn navigation and over 170 audio channels.
In order to quality for Owner Care, customers must purchase a Certified Pre-owned Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Pontiac, or Saturn car. The Pre-Owned car's mileage must be less than 75,000 miles and pass a 172-point inspection. Certified Pre-Owned vehicles must have all of their original equipment and come with a vehicle history report.
