Demand Science Named a '2021 Best Places to Work' Company by the Boston Business Journal
Honor comes during a time of rapid growth & expansion; Demand Science has closed four acquisitions in the past six months and is on track for 2021 revenue to exceed $100 million
DANVERS, Mass., April 28, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Demand Science, providing a Global Buyer Intelligence Platform with an integrated B2B solution set that drives growth for hundreds of the world's largest software, technology and B2B services companies, has been named by the Boston Business Journal as a "2021 Best Places to Work" company.
The award is the Boston Business Journal's (BBJ) exclusive ranking of Massachusetts-based companies that have built outstanding work environments for their people. After meeting preliminary criteria for office location and size, surveys were distributed by BBJ partner Quantum Workplace at participating organizations asking employees to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits. Based on the results of those surveys, businesses were assigned a score out of 100 percent and ranked by Quantum.
"We are very proud to have achieved this honor. Being a 'Best Places to Work' company reflects our commitment to making Demand Science a wonderful organization for our team members," explained Peter Cannone, CEO of Demand Science. "In our fast-paced, competitive industry, we know the value of attracting and retaining top talent who enjoy a culture of innovation, as well as mutual respect, support, and transparency. As we grow, we are more dedicated than ever to creating an energetic, passionate, fun workplace, filled with amazing people."
The Best Places to Work award follows on the heels of last week's announcement that Demand Science completed the acquisition of two companies: Internal Results, a demand generation platform with a global customer base, and Leadiro, an easy-to-use B2B sales enablement, sales intelligence and data enrichment platform with over 60 million verified records. Demand Science has now closed four acquisitions in the past six months as part of its strategy to be the go-to solution for B2B intelligence products, solutions and services.
"In a year that has brought incredible challenges for everyone both personally and in business, it is a true testament to great organizations to be named a Best Place to Work," said BBJ's Market President and Publisher Carolyn Jones. "We congratulate all of our honorees and look forward to learning from them on how to create and sustain outstanding workplaces."
A Best Places to Work virtual celebration will be held on June 16 by the BBJ, which describes itself as the region's premier business media organization, and one of 43 markets owned by American City Business Journals.
