It is in the news again.  Director Mr. Ganesh and Partner Mr.Jacob have been involved in the past in criminal cases. They lack the skills and expertise in the art of film-making.  They employ minimal and temporary staff.  They usurp the work of others and claim that it is their work.  Based on the showcased work, they set high fees. This duo has been at this game for the past many years.  They have perpetrated many e-mail scams as well. They use aliased e-mail addresses to deceive people.  They are involved in fraud in the real estate market as well. They insist on taking advance token payments from prospective buyers with the promise of getting a good deal on valuable property. Thereafter, they remain in contact with the prospective buyer for a few months to ensure that the buyer does not get suspicious. They note down all the buyer requirements for purchasing the property. After a period of 4 to 5 months, they disappear and lose all contact. E-mails and phone calls are not answered. The prospective buyer loses the advance payment.

Many Service Providers has also been deceived in the past. They claim to have well known contacts as references and engage good service providers. After the work is completed, they claim that it is below par, and therefore cannot pay the charges for the work.

They have played the same game with employees. They employ qualified people for short duration and dismiss them without payment.
