Dan Duncan Joins CBORD® as Vice President of Accounting and Finance
Dan Duncan has joined CBORD® as Vice President of Accounting and Finance, reporting to CBORD's President, Max Steinhardt, and will serve as a member of the CBORD executive team.
Ithaca, NY, February 29, 2016 (Newswire.com) - The CBORD Group, Inc. today announced Dan Duncan has joined CBORD® as Vice President of Accounting and Finance, reporting to CBORD's President, Max Steinhardt, and will serve as a member of the CBORD executive team.
Duncan is transitioning into the role under the direction of current Vice President of Accounting and Finance and twelve-year CBORD veteran, Lucy Staley, who has announced her retirement as of July of 2016. Ms. Staley’s work at CBORD spanned an extraordinary period of growth and success for the company, including the merger of CBORD into Roper Technologies.

As a Certified Public Accountant and accomplished Senior Financial Leader with extensive experience building and transforming finance within software companies, Dan Duncan will develop and implement the strategic goals of CBORD’s executive management team, overseeing human resources, contracting, and all accounting and finance functions.
Duncan is an expert in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, systems implementation, and software revenue recognition. He joins CBORD from a thirteen-year career at HealthMedX in Ozark, MO where he was the Chief Financial Officer and the Vice President of Finance.

Prior to HealthMedX®, Duncan began a sixteen-year start to his career at KPM CPAs and Advisors, Springfield, MO, where he managed auditing and consulting services in a variety of industries, after receiving a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Missouri State University.
