D&D Consulting Becomes Part of Technology Capital Investment Group

Online, July 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The agreement effective June 24th, 2010, allows TCI to further extend their geographical reach to the Capital Region.

D&D Consulting will continue to provide technology integration services for mid-market and enterprise clients. In addition, D&D will expand their existing service portfolio to utilize TCI resources, including their enterprise class cloud computing offerings, hosted solutions, and a suite of managed services.

Christopher Labatt-Simon, previous CEO of D&D Consulting Ltd., becomes Executive Vice President and remains a shareholder in the organization.
