Cushman & Wakefield Named Leasing Agent for 55 Challenger Road
Class A Office Building is Located within Overpeck Centre
RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ, March 15, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the leasing agency by The KABR Group, LLC & Kushner Companies for 55 Challenger Road, a 302,000-square-foot, six-story class A office building in Ridgefield Park. The commercial real estate services firm’s Morristown, N.J.-based team of Raymond Trevisan, William O’Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura, along with East Rutherford, N.J.-based Christian Politan, are heading the assignment.
