According to plan, ground will soon be broken on two neighboring lots located in the Georgica section of East Hampton. In conjunction with luxury crowdfunding site MacroCrowd, SVP will offer equity participation in these properties, starting at $5,000 per unit.
Through MacroCrowd, SVP will look to raise $4.5 million dollars through an equity crowdfunding campaign. All funds will be held in escrow by a registered brokerage firm until the funding goal is reached. In the unlikely event funding goals are not met, all funds held in escrow will be returned to investors. Once the funding goal has been reached, no more investors will be accepted.
