Creative Bioarray's New Human Liver Microsomes Enables Deeper Insights Into Life Science Research

The global leading biotech company Creative Bioarray has recently launched Human Liver Microsomes for Biologists.

Creative Bioarray, an innovative biotechnology company who produces the world's most comprehensive list of research-use cells, including tumor cells, primary cells, stem cells and transformed cells, etc, recently added a new product—Human Liver Microsomes into their product portfolio, providing researchers more convenience and choices while shopping.

Creative Bioarray's Pooled Human Liver Microsomes provide researchers with a fully characterized, relevant, reliable and reproducible in vitro tool. Pooled of 50 donors give an economic way of deriving an accurate population representation and may be used to describe the metabolic profile of a drug or drug candidate in high-throughput assays.

Over the years, there are a number of innovative new products introduced across our businesses. For our biological clients, we now launch the Human Liver Microsomes, a cost-effective, flexible primary cells product that supports multiple applications.

In addition, these new products can also be used to conduct studies of metabolic stability (% of original drug remaining over time); to identify which cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes oxidize a drug candidate and which UDP-glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) enzymes are responsible for glucuronidation; to identify, quantify and characterize drug metabolites, to describe a drug's metabolic pathways as well as identify inhibition of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes.

“Our colleagues in R&D department are continuously creating significant value for our customers. Over the years, there are a number of innovative new products introduced across our businesses. For our biological clients, we now launch the Human Liver Microsomes, a cost-effective, flexible primary cells product that supports multiple applications.” stated Dr. Dennis A. Walker, the senior scientific officer.
