Craft Beer Brewing and Local Philanthropy

Craft Breweries have become a local staple within communities over the past few years. There will always be the big kahunas in every business but what truly binds a 'local' brewery is its roots.

Craft Breweries have become a local staple within communities over the past few years. There will always be the big kahunas in every business but what truly binds a ‘local’ brewery is its roots.

Wing Nutt Brewing Company has announced its initiative to giveback through philanthropic efforts. WNBC decided from the start to giveback locally by committing to sharing 10% of its profits annually with the community. WNBC is currently running a crowdfunding campaign to bring its brews to Altoona, IA - https://crowdbrewed.com/rewards/wingnutt.

"Our goal is simple, to be the craft brewery in and around the town we live in, Altoona, IA," explains Art Schramm, co-founder of WNBC.
