Conversion Rates More Than Double After Optima Health Adds the BlueLeap Connector, With 2-Way SMS Integration, to Its Open Enrollment Marketing Channel Mix

“Optima Health had been dealing with traditional response rates from their membership of around 1% using email channels. They needed a flexible way to engage current membership that would turbo-charge their business metrics, and drive renewals,” said Eric Burgess, CEO BlueLeap.

Of the leads that received the SMS campaign, about 25% went back into our quoting engine or started an application and continued through the sales funnel, eventually converting to enrollments. These are stronger results than the 11% conversion we see with email lead nurturing alone,” said John DeGruttola.
