Online, May 3, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Colorado Craft Beer Week launches its 2012 week of events with an outdoor festival at Highland Tap & Burger in Denver, CO. Guests will enjoy unlimited tasters of 16 craft breweries, and 2 distilleries. The Colorado Craft Beer Show Radio will be doing a live broadcast from 12pm-1pm and "The Gubna" from Oskar Blues will be sticking around to grill his famous beer can chicken. Chef Eli Odell will also be working with Justin Brunson (Masterpiece Delicatessen owner) to cook up sausages paired with pretzels for another lunch option.
Garrett Sayers Trio will also be entertaining the crowd with live music throughout the afternoon.
VIP tickets are available for $45 which features early entry from 12:00pm - 1:00pm, larger 8oz cups and pours, and a free lunch ticket that you can use towards a beer can chicken plate, or a sausage and pretzel plate.
General Admission tickets are available for $35 and you also get unlimited tasters in your 4oz souvenir cup.
The event is raising money in order to support the Pints for Prostates charity.
