Clearview Golf Signs NBC/Golf Channel Commentator, LPGA Pro Dottie Pepper As Endorser
Online, May 7, 2010 (Newswire.com) - CHICAGO -- (May 7, 2010) -- ClearView Golf, makers of the patent-pending, Dual-Line System™ ClearView Putter, with its radically innovative acrylic club head design, has signed NBC/Golf Channel Commentator and seventeen-time LPGA champion and tour star Dottie Pepper to work with the company as it moves to launch its product nationwide. Stephen Ross, founder of ClearView Golf and inventor of the futuristic new putter design announced the agreement today.
Pepper met Ross at the PGA show in Florida earlier this year, instantly intrigued with the revolutionary see-through club head that provides players instant visual feedback before, during and after the putting stroke. "The '3D' alignment system enables you to put your hands, eyes and body in the same place, every time." said Pepper. After playing with the new club, Pepper realized it provided her a greater sense of confidence when putting, a trait important to all golfers, "from casual golfers to tour pros and everyone in between! This is one of the best putters, certainly the most unique, to come along in quite some time." Not content with being just a spokesperson for the company, Pepper added the putter to her bag and uses it.
Ross noted Pepper would be at various events throughout the year on behalf of ClearView Golf, though her schedule has not yet been finalized. "Dottie is a great addition to our team and our marketing effort," said Ross. "She has a love for the game, and an understanding that simplifying the process and approach to golf is what enhances performance; and greater performance leads to greater enjoyment. The ClearView putter is USGA-conforming and designed to give you replicable set up each and every time; this consistency of set up is key to every stroke in golf; and on the putting green, eliminating the third stroke is the measure of performance putts. We've designed the putter for everyone, from casual golfers to pros...we hope to get the putter onto the course at PGA tour and LPGA tour events."
