TD Bank, the lessee will begin construction shortly, with an anticipated rent commencement date scheduled for November 1, 2015. Hancock Street in Quincy serves as the main traffic artery traveling through Quincy to Boston. Mr. Entwistle represented the Buyer, Tree House Holdings LTD , headquartered in China with a local office in Boston area. Legal counsel for the buyer was Jim Heffernan of Rich May PC.
