Church Mutual Names New Chief Marketing Officer
Merrill, Wisconsin, January 8, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Scott Steele has been named vice president and chief marketing officer for Church Mutual Insurance Company, reporting to President and CEO Rich Poirier.
Steele joined Church Mutual Insurance Company in November 2015 as director of digital marketing and continued to hold that role while also assuming the interim CMO role in May 2017. During his tenure, he has elevated the company’s marketing efforts to include social media, sophisticated and successful lead generation campaigns, online advertising, website development and much more.
Prior to joining CMIC, Scott spent 29 years as founder and owner of Steele Communications in Chicago, where he and his staff serviced a wide range of clients including The Federal Reserve Banks, ComEd, Abbott, Allstate, Kimberly-Clark, OfficeMax and more.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Michigan University and a second degree in visual communications. He and his wife, Kerry, have three adult sons.
