Dr. Jon Elion, MD, FACC, will speak at the 2015 Association for Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists (ACDIS) conference on Tuesday, May 19 from 3:15-4:15 p.m.

(www.chartwisemed.com), the industry leader in Computer-Assisted Clinical Documentation Improvement (CACDI) software, is pleased to announce that its founder and president, Dr. Jon Elion, MD, FACC, will be speaking at the 2015 Association for Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists (ACDIS) conference on Tuesday, May 19 from 3:15-4:15 p.m.
Dr. Elion’s speech will be entitled, “Doc for Docs: Giving ‘The Talk’ to Physicians,” and will center on how to properly discuss CDI with a reluctant physician or new house staff in need of training. The talk will include a presentation that is ready to be given to physicians while also supplying commentary about the presentation, along with examples, tips, and stories about the challenges of this important task.
