Cassandra Marsh Opens New Vegan Restaurant in Lincoln County, Oregon

Lincoln County, Oregon, June 23, 2017 (Newswire.com) - The vegans of Lincoln County, Oregon have a new reason to rejoice. Naya, a new vegan restaurant which claims to source free range, all organic ingredients was inaugurated last night amid much hysteria in downtown Lincoln County, Oregon. Even more impressive is the fact that it boasts a female entrepreneur, Cassandra Marsh, as its proprietor.

So what inspired Cassandra to launch Naya? “Well, Lincoln County, Oregon is a very small college town; it is home to 3 colleges in fact. There’s a very small but young and diverse population and not much infrastructure and amenities to support the lifestyle choices of these college going students.” Cassandra says, “I was once a college student here myself and know just how crucial different life experiences were in shaping me into the person I am today. They essentially laid the platform for my success today. I truly yearn to give these young people the opportunity to experience a wide range of things for themselves, so it helps them make lifestyle and career choices around the issues they care for and are passionate about.”

They were making the world a better place to live in, being more considerate towards animals and preventing their suffering due to the cruel meat packing industry. Raising awareness about how veganism can help achieve all of that has not just given me a fulfilling life, but it has also given me a career and put food on my table. So why not give the same opportunity to these young’uns.”

Veganism has surely developed a huge, loyal, almost cult-like following over the years and adopters of the vegan lifestyle swear by it. Out of the 3 colleges based in Lincoln County, Oregon, one is liberal arts. That by itself surely promises to draw a huge amount of patrons to Naya. Cassandra plans to use her venture with Naya as an instrument of empowerment for the women community of the greater Lincoln County, Oregon area. She is the latest addition to a new wave of talented, exceptional female entrepreneurs that have been taking the country by storm; Cassandra not only plans to hire an all-female ensemble and crew for her business but is also offering scholarships to young females who are inspired by the vegan movement and have an avid interest in proliferating its cause through innovative and entrepreneurial ways.
