Renee Dovich to Take the Reins of Greater Boston Area Recruitment Firm

After completing a year of increased leadership responsibility, including new business development, account management and operations, the transition to CEO and sole ownership was completed seamlessly without interruption to business success. Utilizing her 18 years of high-tech recruiting experience, recent leadership success and CareerEncore’s proven service model, Renee plans to scale the company by adding new clients and recruitment staff to the firm. Courtney Sullivan Homer will continue to serve as an advisor.
