“2016 will be a banner year for Capstone Management,” said Stephanie, the Director of Operations. “Thus, we are in the process of hiring a number of talented individuals to join our marketing and sales teams. In particular, we are looking for marketing communications managers.”

The marketing communications manager role is well-defined. “These people develop marketing strategies for the brands we represent,” said the Director. “This involves writing marketing plans, creating budgets, and working with third-party suppliers. Management is looking for motivated college grads who have bachelor’s degrees and are willing to learn the business. “This role requires someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills,” said Stephanie. “Experience with WordPress, SEO, and social media is also a must. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of a wide range of marketing and sales methods. In addition, we are looking for someone who is able to think creatively and respond well within our dynamic environment.”
