San Diego, CA, December 9, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Business Complete Solutions (BCS) today announced the acquisition of StarPoint Advantage, Inc. (StarPoint). The sale was completed Dec 1, 2015, and since that time both companies have focused on developing joint strategies for accelerated growth in serving the needs of businesses in the San Diego market.
BCS is San Diego’s largest independently owned supplier of office equipment, document management systems, managed print, and managed IT services. StarPoint is a leading Managed Services Provide (MSP), successfully providing a range of managed and cloud services to a growing customer base.
