Brandify Announces the Commencement of "Week of Cheer" Giving Event
ANAHEIM, CA, December 14, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Brandify, the industry-leading provider of location-based digital marketing solutions, is thrilled to announce the start of their first annual Week of Cheer. From Monday, December 14, through Friday, December 18, Brandify will provide considerable resources to organizations and individuals who need it most, all in the spirit of the holiday season of giving. Over the course of this week, Brandify will do everything from helping boost a non-profit’s website and online presence, to providing free SEO enhancement software and services, to developing and implementing business locator software.
On Monday, Brandify’s Week of Cheer kicks off with a donation of free Brandify software for a full year to Caring Hearts, an organization dedicated to training others who are looking to start their own home care business. The company was founded by Tara Payne, who found Brandify’s tool to be invaluable but didn’t have the resources available to keep the software beyond the trial version. Brandify will provide Caring Hearts with an SEO specialist to help optimize their website as well as the tools to track and monitor their website SEO for the next year.
Brandify’s Week of Cheer continues on Tuesday as the company presents a business locator for THINK Together, California’s largest nonprofit provider of expanded learning time programs. Serving more than 10,000 students across more than 400 locations, THINK Together needed a way to allow the volunteer department to identify the closest opportunities for volunteers. Brandify’s business locator will provide the functionality necessary to meet the organization’s goal of improving their recruitment efforts to find a better balance between volunteers and kids in the program.
Wednesday’s spotlight during of Brandify’s Week of Cheer donations will be Mollyk.org, an organization that benefits the Pulmonary Fibrosis Research Program at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Virginia. Brandify will donate $500 to Mollyk.org as well as assisting with the organization’s online optimization to help ensure consistent branding, visibility and representation upon search.
Thursday will feature five recipients of $200 scholarships for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) students hailing from several local high schools and middle schools. These Southern California-based students have written to Brandify about their involvement with STEM and what their future goals and aspirations.
The Week of Cheer culminates with a donation of nearly 1,000 canned food items for Olive Crest, an organization that transforms the lives of at-risk children through the healing power of family. In a joint effort, Brandify’s employees came together to donate more than 400 cans between them, the total of which the company’s CEO Manish Patel matched in full. These donations are expected to feed at least 50 families this holiday season.
“The entire Brandify team is both proud and grateful to be able to make this Week of Cheer happen,” said Manish Patel, CEO of Brandify. “We work with a lot of brands who have the resources and budgets to get the visibility and marketing services needed, but our intention was to roll up our sleeves and use our technology for the greater good this season and moving forward. I’ve donated money and conducted canned food drives in the past, but our intention this year was to roll up our sleeves and find a way to be more intentional with our charitable outreach. We wanted to be sure that we were maximizing our ability to individuals who could really use the money as well as organizations who would not otherwise be able to afford the kind of location-based marketing and branding solutions Brandify can offer.”
