Boston Scientology Church Embarks on Campaign to Promote Free Life-Improvement Information Online
BOSTON, May 29, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The Church of Scientology of Boston has embarked on a campaign of word-of-mouth and social media to make more people aware of their free, online self-help tools that any person can easily put into use.
"While self-improvement information from universities, fitness and weight-loss companies, religions, several philosophies and even my own church costs money that is needed to keep these institutions afloat, we wanted to ensure that people can get help without a price connected to it," said Mary Parker, Public Affairs Director for the Church of Scientology of Boston which is temporarily located in Quincy, Massachusetts. "Our main purpose is to help people become more competent and aware while living more satisfying lives and feel that our free information can help to accomplish this."
Along with free information on the church's social betterment programs that deal with human rights, drug awareness and crime reduction, the Boston church is utilizing social media and word-of-mouth to promote that the more basic Scientology self-help information at www.ScientologyHandbook.org is available to read and put to use by anybody.
"We are currently urging local members to Facebook the online handbook while also using it to help friends and family who want assistance in different areas of life," said Parker.
When clicking onto the Scientology Handbook, it is a pretty expansive manual with chapters on nineteen areas of life that deal with subjects such as communication, how to better understand what you are trying to study, how to spot and understand the several emotional levels of people, data on social and anti-social personalities and much more.
When asked why people would benefit from the information in the handbook on how to understand other people better, Parker replied, "It is a great advantage in life to know to what degree you can trust or depend on a future spouse or business partner and if the people around you intend to lift you up or slyly cut you down."
The large hard-cover Scientology Handbook is available through the Church of Scientology for $100, but there's no charge in using its online version that can also be easily sent out electronically by individual chapter for anyone interested in sharing the data with others.
