BOMA San Diego Announces Foundations Graduates

Professional real estate organization, BOMA San Diego, has announced the most recent class of graduates from BOMA International's Foundations of Real Estate Management course.

Professional real estate organization, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) San Diego, has announced the most recent class of graduates from BOMA International's Foundations of Real Estate Management course (Foundations).

The Foundations of Real Estate Management is a comprehensive introduction to commercial real estate, covering topics in the areas of administration and management, building systems and operations, accounting and reporting and contract administration. The series has also been approved by the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) for competency credit for the Fundamentals of Real Property Administration (RPA) course in its RPA curriculum.

The 28-hour curriculum is divided into the following five modules: Real Estate Administration, The Well-Versed Real Estate Manager, Building Operations I and II and Putting it All Together. Students received classroom instruction from seasoned professionals, reinforced by behind-the-scenes tours of outstanding buildings. The course featured live, in-person training with small class sizes to facilitate learning, discussion, and team activities. Foundations has recently received the prestigious Power Of A Silver Award, the American Society of Association Executive's second highest level of recognition for association programs that exemplify how the association industry and professionals are essential to a stronger America and world.
