BM, Inc. Talks Business Travel and Announces Hiring Plans

ATLANTA, GA - BM, Inc.'s team frequently makes business trips, and their firm's director of operations offered travel strategies they have learned. He also addressed the need for team expansion.

“We attend national conferences, go on relaxing retreats, cross-train with other firms, and we even just returned from a quarterly leadership event,” said Thomas, BM, Inc.’s director of operations. “With all this travel under our belts, it makes sense that we’ve gathered some travel tips and tricks. Let’s face it, there’s no shortage of delayed flights and unreasonably high costs, so it’s important to know how to deal with these things as efficiently as possible.”

Thomas noted that he and his team members are no longer among those individuals frequently spotted meandering around airports looking for outlets to charge their devices. He was happy to share his insights with fellow travelers. “For instance, we try not to ever check any bags,” he stated. “The last thing anyone wants to deal with is lost luggage. Then, when you’re in line at the security gate, avoid families with small children. As cute as they are, they don’t always move efficiently!”

“Once you’ve reached your seat on the plane, treat that pocket on the seat in front of you as if it’s your enemy,” he continued. “No matter what you put in there, whether it’s your notes, your glasses, your passport, or anything else, there’s a reasonable chance you’ll forget about them. I also suggest that you bring along some reading material. Travel allows for downtime, so take advantage of it and relax with a good book.”

According to Thomas, it’s also useful to wear earphones if there’s any concern that nearby passengers might be a bit too talkative. Even if nothing is actually playing in them, they send a clear message to others. “Traveling shouldn’t have to be more challenging than your job, but sometimes it is. We all need to do what we can to make it as enjoyable as possible.”

Leadership at BM, Inc. Preparing to Hire New Team Members

“To support our booming business and accommodate all planned excursions, my colleagues and I have decided that it’s time to grow the BM, Inc. team,” Thomas concluded. “It’s important that all potential candidates know that we value the professional and personal development of our team members just as much as we value the success of the brands we represent and of the firm itself. Anyone who wants to learn more about our career opportunities can apply through our website.”
