BM, Inc.'s Hiring Initiative Focused on Recent Graduates

The management team at BM, Inc. recently announced a major hiring push to take place over the next few months. Thomas, the company's director, highlighted that the initiative will focus on recent college graduates.

The marketing and consulting services firm has recently enjoyed an upswing in demand for its services. As the team runs an increasing number of campaigns, more businesses are seeking to have their brands represented using BM, Inc.’s interactive promotions. Thomas indicated that this means the firm needs to increase its capacity for promoting products.

“We have been fortunate to see increased demand recently,” he said. “So, we need to add some new people to our team. Of course, hiring new people also has the added benefit of bringing new perspectives to our brainstorming process. This helps us offer the most creative and revolutionary outreach campaigns.”

"As long as team members are willing to learn, they will succeed here,"

Thomas H., Director of Operations

Thomas stated that the firm is primarily looking for professionals who are passionate about marketing and who are ready to do whatever is necessary to succeed. He asserted that the company’s training program, which focuses on mentorship and one-on-one professional development, is capable of teaching all of the necessary business and marketing skills.

“As long as team members are willing to learn, they will succeed here,” he said. “We can coach them to become experts in our interactive marketing techniques and business leaders in general. Anyone who is interested in a career in marketing should apply through our website.”

BM, Inc.’s Director Discusses the Benefits of Hiring New College Graduates

Thomas indicated that he prefers to hire recent college graduates because they offer a lot of benefits for BM, Inc. He pointed out that they are often more energetic, learn quickly, and are extremely adaptable. Being recently out of college classes, they are accustomed to learning new things regularly.

“Recent college graduates often have a habit of pulling more hours as well,” he said. “While we don’t like to take advantage of this, it can be helpful in crunch time. They are also, frankly, easier to manage. They don’t have a lot of habits and expectations from previous jobs, so it is easier to build recent graduates up as members of our organization.”

He further stated that he has found recent graduates to have a superior comfort level with technology. Even those who are not exactly tech savvy tend to be at least comfortable enough to handle regular business technologies.

“There are a lot of reason to focus on recent college graduates,” Thomas concluded. “Simply put, they are the best fits for our organization.”
