BM, Inc. executives participated in a team-building activities to energize the crew and promote company culture. A hiring initiative for 2015 is launched.

The symposium was an opportunity for the company to recognize top performers for their hard work and dedication over the past year. All attendees had the opportunity to participate in leadership seminars and social events.

BM, Inc. Provides Training and Team Building Events

The executives at BM, Inc. are committed to a team-based operational model. “Our success is built on our collaborative approach,” said Thomas. “We support a cooperative culture through task-based and relationship-based leadership.” 

Attendees participated in workshops to explore the concepts of team leadership. Topics included coaching, peer networking, process management, and establishing strategic vision. “The most productive teams are led by people who understand how to create relationships to accomplish the organization’s goals,” said Thomas.

In addition to training, associates are encouraged to spend time together on a social level. “For teams to work together cohesively, individuals need to develop strong personal relationships,” said Thomas. “At BM, Inc., we provide opportunities for get-togethers throughout the year.”  Corporate functions, off-site trips, and charity events are attended by all members of the company. “We are a family and together we have a shared passion to provide top-notch marketing promotions,” said Thomas.
