Madeline Perard started BLKnBLU online in the summer of 2015, the company originally started out as an idea when Madeline realized the stores in her town all offered and sold the same products and left no where for someone with their own unique style to shop.

In three short years, the brand was created after realizing stores near her were closing left and right, the brick and mortar economy was declining. She decided to become an international style source offering an affordable online location so that no other unique girl had to shop where everyone was already going.
