Bel Air Real Estate Team Sells Home Over Full Price In Less Than a Week

Online, July 24, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Paul & Donna reached out to Compass Home Group via the internet.  They found an offer from out team to provide a Property Value Analysis for free and reached out to the team for that report.  Compass Home Group happily provided the information yet also felt that with the features of their home, a tour was necessary. Paul & Donna were out of state so the conversation was tabled until they were ready to move. Compass Home Group stayed in contact with them, checking in from time to time, to see if they were ready for a visit.
