Baby Travel Pros Joins "Click It Or Ticket" To Spread Awareness on Child Car Seat Safety

Baby Travel Pros joins the "Click It or Ticket" campaign to spread awareness on proper child safety seat usage.

The annual "Click It or Ticket" campaign begins today, May 23 through June 5, in an effort to keep vehicle passengers buckled and safe. According to New York state troopers, last year more than 22,000 tickets were issued in the two-week period for safety violations, of which 1500 were for unbuckled children. In an effort to help keep all children safe, many states are participating in free child safety seat inspections.

Baby Travel Pros Association includes over 50 baby rental equipment companies worldwide. Each of these individual companies are dedicated to safety and cleanliness. "An important part of child safety is helping spread awareness on important topics such as proper child restraint. Not all parents and care-givers install child car seats correctly. Anyone involved in selling, renting or installing child safety seats should be educated in proper usage and up to date in current standards.", states Sarah Peters, Co-founder. To learn more about inspection stations nearby, call the local police station or visit www.nhtsa.gov.

Baby Travel Pros was founded in 2009 as the first national association for independent baby equipment rental companies.
