Auto Repair Service in Doylestown Now AAA Approved

Online, March 30, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Suburban Autoworks in Doylestown is now AAA approved! To earn this designation, an auto shop must be dedicated to upholding an array of auto repair facility standards.
The scope of requirements includes offering customers both basic repairs (engine tune-up, etc.), and optional enhancement services (tires, suspension, etc.) for vehicles. The facility must be clean and presentable to auto repair customers & the auto body repair staff must be certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence(ASE) or equivalent for every area of service.
AAA approved auto body repair shops must also have a certain standard of equipment. This includes general equipment for minor engine repair, electrical, tires, steering, suspension, heating & air conditioning, major engine repair, automatic transmissions, & manual transmissions. This ensures that auto repair customers can expect a certain standard of services from every AAA approved auto body repair shop.
In addition to impeccable service standards, the auto repair shop must also receive at least 90% favorable responses in each category of the Auto Repair Service Questionnaire. Approximately 100-200 questionnaires are mailed out to the shop's customers and at least 25 must be returned in order for the auto repair shop to be considered. Other qualifications reviewed to determine this are Consumer Protection Agency reports and Dun & Bradstreet or equivalent bank reports.
