Las Vegas Author Dedicates a Book Signing of "The Bizarre Baby Name Book" on June 27, 2015 as a Fundraiser for the Children's Hospital of Nevada at UMC
Las Vegas, NV, June 24, 2015 (Newswire.com) - K. Alex Shaw is giving back to the Las Vegas community. She is turning a book signing at The Writer's Block (1020 Fremont St #100, Las Vegas, NV 89101) into a fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital of Nevada at UMC. On June 27, 2015 from 5 - 7:30 PM, K. Alex will be signing copies of her book: “The Bizarre Baby Name Book.” And, for every copy of the book that is purchased, she will donate a dollar to the Children’s Hospital of Nevada at UMC.
K. Alex Shaw is one of seven authors featured in the Local Author Showcase hosted by The Writer's Block. Each month, The Writer's Block Book Shop showcases a selection of books from local self-published and indie authors. On the final Saturday of the month, these authors gather at the store for a book signing and meet-and-greet. They're featuring Non-Fiction works this month.
