Australia's Sinefa Expands Global Footprint With US Office
SAN FRANCISCO, November 2, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Sinefa, Australian network traffic management solution provider, today announced the November opening of its first U.S. office in San Francisco, to help U.S. organizations achieve superior network performance through the world’s first real-time traffic insights solution.
Sinefa’s new office will support the dynamic growth the company has experienced since it first entered the U.S. market at the beginning of 2017, with local customers such as TOURtech, which provides temporary network solutions, VoIP services and targeted public Wi-Fi for temporary events including Coachella, Lollapalooza and iHeartRadio.
Managing networks to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs is a constant concern faced by a broad range of businesses and it's about to get even harder to see what's going on.
Chris Siakos, CTO
Founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2011, Sinefa now serves customers in over 20 countries including the U.S. and Australia, as well as throughout Asia, Europe and South America. The company’s plug and play, cloud-based network traffic management system, provides organizations with real-time network traffic visibility every second. As networks become virtualized and applications move to the cloud, the lack of knowing the cause of network capacity issues cripples organizational performance and hinders the ability to leverage new innovations, directly increasing costs and reducing revenue.
“We don’t have much time to set up our networks, nor do we have the luxury of time to deeply analyze or troubleshoot when problems pop up,” said Allen Cook, CEO and founder of TOURtech. “The greatest benefit Sinefa provides is that it works whether you are highly technical or not, whether you are in the field or in the office. As soon as we power Sinefa up, it’s performing the functions that we need it to, which we could not find anywhere else.”
According to Chris Siakos, CTO of Sinefa, the explosion of cloud applications and the continuous dependence on the network for productivity and innovation have placed significant and critical demands on network performance.
“Managing networks to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs is a constant concern faced by a broad range of businesses and it’s about to get even harder to see what’s going on,” said Mr. Siakos. “Organizations don’t want to wait minutes, hours or days for network performance reports. Our customers immediately experience pervasive real-time traffic insights to drive decisions and enable immediate action.”
Mr. Siakos is heading up the San Francisco office and is responsible for driving the business in the U.S., with a particular focus on expanding the team, technology alliances, new market development, as well as building upon its ecosystem of channel partners.
“Opening a North American office is the first step in our plan to grow our global footprint, demonstrating our desire to be closer to our customers and partners,” said Con Nikolouzakis, CEO of Sinefa. “We’ve seen fast adoption of our solution in the enterprise and communication service provider markets, and we’ll be leveraging strategic partnerships with leading tech companies to penetrate further into the U.S., as well as accelerate our growth into other global markets.”
