One of my first actions when my "Australia New Era Party" becomes government in Australia will be to establish "AUSSIEWOOD" a rival for Hollywood with a "Ministry for the Arts" and provide grants (means tested) to struggling artists to make Australia an International Hub for the arts. Australia needs an "Aussiewood" to make Aussie films in Australia for cinema and Television and computer games. We have the talent and expertise. Too long movie makers in Australia have had to beg for money to make their movies I plan to make funding enough for Australian Movies to be made in Australia. ENOUGH ALREADY!
