The ownership and management groups for the Seasons Apartments and the Promenade Apartments are working to create a Good Neighbor template for the Lea Hill neighborhood. Being responsible corporate citizens and being good neighbors makes good business sense. The operations of these properties are a valuable and positive contributing source to the economic, social and cultural vitality of the community. The Neighborhood wishes to ensure that its quality of life is maintained, its property rights are respected, and its residents are able to reasonably enjoy the benefits of residential living. It is important to have productive ways to promote compatibility between the various land uses and to promote communication. The Seasons wants to maintain the livability and safety of the neighborhood and the City and also wants to minimize instances of noise and other nuisances and create appropriate and clear mechanisms for proactively and successfully addressing these issues.
This is a giant step forward in enhancing the livability of the Lea Hill neighborhood. The design of the space includes room for a community information area and a community meeting room, in addition to the planned needs and uses of the police department. More details will follow in the weeks to come.
