AtSite is pleased to welcome Raheem Cash as Director of Sustainability. Raheem is an accredited sustainability leader with seventeen years' experience in the field.

As a veteran sustainability professional, he has developed and implemented business-focused strategies for sustainable operations across a variety of organizations.

As AtSite's sustainability director, Raheem's focus will be to maximize the financial and operational benefits of implementing sustainable best practices in client buildings.

He is poised to direct his team of experts to move AtSite clients beyond ad hoc initiatives, to a seamless integration of sustainable practices and positive financial and operational performance.

Prior to joining AtSite, Raheem led the US General Services Administration's (GSA) Environmental Division for seven years.

In his role with the GSA, he was responsible for implementing environmentally sustainable operations across the agency's real estate portfolio.

Raheem also served ten years as an Environmental Management Analyst with LMI, a consulting firm. At LMI, he worked with organizations such as the US Army, Postal Service, State Department and the EPA, to integrate sustainability into core business operations.

He also conducted a range of research on industry best practices and has published papers on environmental topics such as; electronics recycling, pollution prevention and green procurement.


Raheem is a native New Yorker educated in the Midwest. He holds a BA in Environmental Science from Northwestern University and an MS in Natural Resources Policy from the University of Michigan.
