  Atlantic Coast Events’ President, Lauren, recently led a focus on strengthening the leadership within the company through finding inspirational business figures to follow. “The goal is not only to grow the mentality of our leaders, but our company as a whole,” Lauren said. “I am always personally inspired by Lori Greiner from “Shark Tank.” She has a really good eye for identifying individuals with a lot of potential and that’s a quality I feel I share. I look at my people, especially my newer ones, and see their full potential. Being inspired by Greiner, I focused on really providing excellent coaching and mentorship to encourage each associate to be a prime-time team member.”

“We are committed to creating a supportive, empowering team environment where every individual can thrive as a professional,” continued Lauren. “I’ve always felt that the biggest factor of success is being super genuine about yourself and truly listening and respecting others as individuals. With training and experience, a lot of that assessment can happen very quickly, a skill at which I think Lori Greiner excels and I am developing.”

The Atlantic Coast Events team recently sat down to review their quarterly goals. “Businesses need to grow and innovate in order to continue, so our people know the importance of setting strong goals for each quarter,” said Lauren. “One of our primary goals is expanding into new markets, and we are excited to announce that we are already making partnerships with surrounding territories to do just that.”

“I also set personal goals,” continued Lauren. “For me, my goal for the quarter is to be a speaker at the regular conference held for our industry. I want to give a presentation on the benefits of building strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, team members, and the brands we represent.”

The Atlantic Coast Events leadership is working on building a great team by giving them the tools, training, and inspiration they need to succeed. “Our goal is to see our territory grow,” said Lauren, “We also make regular goals to give back to our community and those less fortunate. We set our philanthropic expectations for this quarter by setting a donations objective. Now our team is challenged to succeed both professionally and philanthropically.”
