According to Lauren, the secret for attracting such talented individuals is the atmosphere itself. “We work hard and play hard,” she said, describing some of the upcoming fun events they have planned, such as a team trip to the beach and participating in DJ Bingo, in which team members have to guess songs based on clips of music from classic rock, 90s, and other genres; every correct guess earns the player a chip. “I will do whatever it takes to continue building strong business owners from the ground up. That includes showing them I'm a real person as well as a business professional.”
