Atlanta Ad Agency The Partnership Continues to Grow Evolutionary Management Team
Online, May 28, 2014 (Newswire.com) - With a number of new account additions and growing assignments from existing clients, Atlanta advertising agency The Partnership is proud to announce a number of changes and additions to our multifaceted advertising, digital marketing and design/creative services team.
"The Partnership's focus on serving the needs of evolving brands has given us a lot of traction as marketers realize they need to find new ways to adapt to constantly shifting conditions," noted agency President David Arnold. "Just as brands seek new and more agile partners, we have to continually evolve ourselves. These staff promotions and additions are all about doing just that. That's what being Brand Evolutionists is all about."
Virginia Baaklini, Promoted to Account Supervisor.
A veteran of four years at the agency, Virginia Baaklini was most recently Senior Account Manager engaged on a number of brands under long-time agency client InterContinental Hotels Group. A graduate of Furman University, Virginia began her career in the Greenville, SC office of Erwin Penland, working with casual dining chain Fatz, as well as a number of other major brands including Dunkin Donuts and Verizon Wireless. Congrats, Virginia!
Recent additions to the agency's diversified services team include:
1. LaWanda Ratcliffe, Project Manager - LaWanda joins The Partnership from Sparks Grove, and had been with other agencies such as Matlock, IMAGES USA, and Burrell Communications. She also honed her digital skills at pioneering adtech provider EyeWonder, now part of DG MediaMind. A graduate of Georgia Perimeter College, she began her career as a legal assistant and now applies those skills to making sure our team gets things done on time, and on budget, and always with a smile, to boot!
2. Mary Kennon Woodson, Junior Account Executive - An economics major at Sewanee: The University of the South, "MK" also began her career in another industry; in her case, financial services. After being tasked with handling marketing responsibilities at one such firm, she realized she'd missed her true calling and jumped ship to the agency world. That's a good thing for The Partnership, as analytic skills that go above and beyond basic number crunching are more valuable than ever in the evolving marketing services arena.
3. Alan Carroll, Digital Analyst - A recent graduate of the University of Georgia's highly regarded Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, Alan has made an immediate impact on the agency's fast growing responsibilities in the digital space. With degrees in both Advertising and Psychology, he's had an opportunity to contribute to our work at both a practical and theoretical level across our entire client roster. Not to mention making a major contribution to the agency's own digital marketing/thought leadership agenda.
