As part of Corporate Social Responsibility at Arcadier, the world's fastest growing online marketplace builder, the company has announced two initiatives to support nonprofit organizations.

Arcadier is providing free four-month subscriptions (worth US$316) to its Basic marketplace package to registered nonprofit organisations; including religious, educational, scientific, social enterprises, and community organizations that are looking to create an online marketplace that serves the common good. Arcadier marketplaces can be used for fundraising events and projects like school bake sales, or as a permanent online platform for community markets or volunteerism.

In just a few minutes, with no coding knowledge required, white-label marketplaces can be built for retail & goods, service booking, or space and goods rental. Arcadier’s Basic marketplace package is worth US$79/month for and allows unlimited users and listings, up to 500 transactions a month. The package also includes multilingual features, Google Analytics integration, custom code input, customizable homepage, as well as the ability to input a custom domain name.

Marketplace administrators can set the commission percentage they are to receive from every transaction on the platform, making Arcadier Marketplaces ideal for fund raising. An option to keep the online marketplace private is also available for non-profits that would like to build private or invitation-only marketplace platforms.

The second CSR initiative allows anyone who would like to support a cause to sponsor a nonprofit online marketplace built on Arcadier after its four-month free subscription ends. All non-profit marketplaces built on Arcadier will be listed on Arcadier's new Corporate Social Responsibility page for sponsors to learn more about the nonprofits seeking support.

Since its inception, Arcadier's founders have always advocated the use of online marketplaces as a way to empower communities and improve efficiency. Online marketplaces can be used to recycle, share or loan used books, clothes, furniture, equipment, and much more, lessening our collective impact on the planet. They can also be used to connect farmers and impoverished communities with the rest of the world, giving them a means to sell handmade goods or produce to improve their livelihood.
