ALTIVIA Corporation Sold to Brenntag for $125 Million
The seller Maintains ALTIVIA Chemicals, LLC located in Pasadena, Texas.
Online, January 2, 2013 (Newswire.com) - ALTIVIA Corporation today announced that it has been sold for $125 million to Brenntag, the German-headquartered global leader in chemical distribution. Not included in the transaction is the company's affiliate, ALTIVIA Chemicals LLC, which will continue to operate in the ferric and ferrous sulfate production facilities in Pasadena, Texas, and its aluminium polymers business.
