Online, August 14, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation presented its 8th Annual Hamptons Happening, honoring 5 Star chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The event was sponsored by Akvinta Vodka and featured seven of Jean Georges Manhattan restaurants along with their chefs, including; abc kitchen, JG Jean-Georges, Jo Jo, The Mark Restaurant, (THE MERCER) Kitchen, Perry St and Spice Market. In addition, Jean-Georges hosted his own dessert station, which should proved to be nothing short of incredible! The benefit was hosted by Maria & Kenneth Fishel at their sprawling Bridgehampton property.
