Advisors Assistant Now Offers Microsoft Exchange Integration
Online, December 3, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Client Marketing Systems, Inc., parent company of the highly popular CRM program, Advisors Assistant® is pleased to announce its integration with Microsoft's Exchange Server.
The Exchange Integration includes syncing contacts to and from the Advisors Assistant CRM, syncing the Exchange Calendar to and from the Advisors Assistant Calendar, and archiving email sent to or received from contacts stored in Advisors Assistant. Email attachments are also archived.
"This is an important part of our Advisors Assistant Enterprise strategy," says Patrick Dempsey, President & CEO. "Companies are moving toward using the Outlook Web App to check email from their browser so they can have more control of their employee's access to email. We wanted to make all of the features we've developed for the regular Outlook available to those using the Outlook Web App with Exchange while allowing the company to turn various features off or on to meet their security requirements."
For companies running their own Exchange Server, the Exchange integration is both easy to use and automatic. It also uses Advisors Assistant's Role Based Security, giving the company control over which users can sync contacts, archive emails, or archive attachments.
Client Marketing Systems, Inc. has been providing its CRM software, Advisors Assistant for the financial services industry for 28 years.
