Adams Motorsports Park Hosts Race After a 10 Year Hiatus

SoCal Chill Challenge Event

Adams Motorsports Park partnered with TRI-C Karters, Inc. a non-profit organization to host the 2018 SoCal Chill Challenge on Saturday, December 8, 2018. This was the first of 3 kart races that will be held at the go-kart track in Riverside, CA. The upcoming races will be on December 29th and January 19th. The event was the first TRI-C Karters sanctioned race series that had been held at the track in over 10 years. Adams Motorsports Park has been family owned and operated for nearly 60 years. Offering go-kart lessons, practice and racing for motorsport enthusiasts. With its new leadership, it’s looking forward to hosting more events like this to help bring racing back to Riverside, CA.

The SoCal Chill Challenge brought racers to Riverside from all over California and had over 50 participants beginning at the age of 5 all the way up to 65. Go-karting has been the introduction to racing for most professional race car drivers. Lewis Hamilton, Michael Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel are just a few who got their start at tracks like Adams Motorsport Park. The sport is fun for all ages and brings families and communities together to cheer and race against one another. Spectators are free so if you are in the area you can make it a family affair.
