Accanto Tollgrade OEM Agreement

Online, October 21, 2009 (Newswire.com) - HELSINKI, Finland, October 20, 2009-Accanto Systems, an industry pioneer in intelligent Customer Service Assurance solutions, recently announced that the company has entered into an original equipment manufacturing (OEM) agreement with Tollgrade Communications, Inc., a leading supplier of network service assurance solutions for the telecom industry. Under the terms of the agreement, Tollgrade will be able to make available to converged communication service providers quad-play (mobile, video, data and voice) service assurance solutions.

Offering service providers customer service assurance solutions enables them to create an environment that is focused on the end user experience, not the network.
